Confusing Order Information

I only have a question about my order. I placed it on 03/10/19. It's not a configured product as it was listed with all the specs/no customization. The estimated shipping date was 03/13/19, but after I checked my order status it still says 'order received' and that the REAL estimated shipping date was on 03/21/19. I know this is only 11 days after I placed the order, but I bought this product specifically through the HP website in order to receive it the same week. I'm a designer and I'm really in need of this ASAP as I have deadlines for several projects coming up soon. I just want to know what's going on with my order,  why it is taking so long, why I was given two different estimated shipping dates (??), and what can I or HP do to expedite it.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
