Contact for Escalation Team

I have a complaint case with the escalation team but i can not get in touch with them.  My case manager has not returned my calls and now his voice mail is full so i can't even leave him a message.  All I am looking for at this point is a status.  Customer service agents do not have access to the status of my escalated case.  They did schedule an appointment for them to call me, but they never did.  How do I get in touch with them.  I am desperate for my computer and need to know what is going on with it.  P.S. Total accumulated time for me being on hold for the last three days with HP customer service is over 5 hours.

There is no reason for you to know the information you are requesting, in order to answer my initial question, how to get in touch with the escalation team.  If you can't just answer the question, don't fish for information you know I shouldn't give.
