HP Recommended

Hi,

 

I recently posted about an issue with my HP Envy in another part of the forums. I was in the middle of working something out with someone at HP, BUT when I tried to log in using my email and password, the site said that the email address is not recognized and therefore, I could not access my account. I made a new account, but the major issue here is that I'm supposed to get a replacement laptop and I made my request for one. I now have no idea whether the person I talked to responded or not and now I'm sure that I will never know and will have to start back at square one. I would really appreciate someone's help on this on how to access my old account. Thanks in advance!
