Windows 11 Upgrade Guide
I just purchased my HP Spectre x360. I called the support line at 4:40 p..m. Central time; on hold for 30 minutes. When the lady picks up, I get as far as giving my serial number and she hangs up.
I call again, 5:12 p.m., another 30 minute hold time. A lady answers and, again, she hangs up.
I'm guessing someone is being measured by the number of calls they take as opposed to the number of issues resolved.
