Sorry DaniW, "Jack", "Carmen", "Steve" and who ever else I spoke with that used names other than their own but I still feel you have the WORST customer service and policies of any company I have ever dealt with, period. HP is a complete joke. I have purchased 18 HP printers in my life and I have also purchased my last HP printer. I will buy Cannon or Epson in the future as I can't imagine having the ridiculous problems with them. I am completely blown away by my recent HP experience and lack of service.
Admins, please lock this post as this is almost a duplicate post in reguards to the same issue and that this is a user to user message board, not a place to come to for complaints. There are many options that you can pursue for complaints about HP other than this message board, Huckpa.
