Hi, I know that this is probably the wrong place to post this but I am at my wits end with HP and hope that someone will be able to help me. I am looking for a Customer Service number that I can speak to a real person about a refund that has not been paid on a cancelled order. I cancelled the order on the 8th October which was paid for through PayPal and HP's policy stated that refunds will be paid within 5 working days and I am still waiting as I type.
I have used the online query forms twice which sent automated replies that one of their team will reply as soon as possible, what do they class as soon??
I also sent e-mails to them but still no response, I have also tried various customer service numbers which have always related to product problems.
I therefor would appreciate if someone out there has a Customer Service number that deals with complaints regarding refunds
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
