Customer Service stinks!

HP Recommended

HP ink levels are inaccurate.  Replaced with HP cartridge, my all in one didn't acknowledge.  No wonder there is a class action against them!  However, my machine a C6180 wasn't on the list.    I am Now getting

ink system failure message, and HP says now I need a new machine! 

Today is supposed to be our "help" day for All in One's.   Have posted to the "forum" and had no reply.  AM I doing

something incorrectly??
