HP Recommended
Spectre x360 15t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My custom order Spectre x360 appears to be stuck in Memphis, TN due to 2 customs issues.

According to the FedEx tracking:

Clearance instructions from the importer are required.
Recommended action: Importer must provide instructions.

Customer has requested non-express clearance.
Recommended action: No action required at this time.

The laptop arrived in Memphis on Wednesday 6/30 as part of a larger shipment from China, and it's been stuck there ever since with the issues as noted above.

My tracking info shows a master tracking number referenced that also shows the same issues so I'm pretty sure it's part of a larger pallet of computers, and that other people are seeing the same issues.

Is HP aware of this issue? Can someone help out with getting this resolved? Thanks!
