My name is Marina Linn. I purchased an HP Touchsmart notebook at Best Buy.  My e-mail is:[text removed for privacy]
PRODUCT NAME: HP TOUCHSMART
PRODUCT NUMBER: NV175UA
PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER: [text removed for privacy]
My HP COMPUTER DOES NOT WORK ANY MORE AND IT'S ONLY BEEN 1 YEAR THAT I OWN IT!!!! I AM NOT willing to pay for the repair that has to be done to my computer. I consider is NOT FAIR since I am still giving a monthly payment to BEST BUY. I WILL NOT PAY BEST BUY FOR THIS COMPUTER and I will proceed to file a claim.
BEST BUY sent my computer to HP for repair and the service order number is:[text removed for privacy]. HP CHARGES ME 500 DOLLARS FOR THE REPAIR!!!! I must say that I regret buying an HP Computer. I also purchased the scanner-printer and hope I don't have any problems with it, though I am planning on returning it due to the bad experience I have had.
