Dear HP

I'm going to send this email to every possible contact points related with HP customer service until this problem is solved by HP.

Recently I sent my netbook (HP mini 2140) for service and HP service team returned back my device. I found there were two plastic covers missing: one for PCMCIA slot and the other for flash memory slot. I called HP service team to notify this situation. BUT they called me today and the service team confirmed that there are no parts missing for the transaction.

I'm really unsatisfied with your service. It turns out that I've just lost my parts without any reason. Even though you could not find any clue for my missing parts, you should send the parts for customer. Those are just very cheap plastic covers.

I do not understand this and I'll keep trying to get the parts back.
