Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I required a replacement unit after 4 months of having my new laptop due to motherboard failure. This was advised and approved on 16th of January 2020 by tech support. The alter unit was chosen on the 28th of Jan 2020 as they no longer could manufacture mine. It was expected to be delivered in mid Feb. One week after waiting, I am told that it will delayed until 28th of Feb 2020. To no surprise, I get information a few days before the 28th of Feb 2020 that a further delay will occur until around the 3rd of Mar 2020 and again it was delayed until the 20th of Mar 2020. It is now the 28th of Mar 2020 and I still am not getting an exact answer to when I should expect this replacement unit. I have lost confidence, patient and trust with HP and understand there maybe a global crisis but waiting 2 and half months is beyond a joke. I have tried to contact the President of HP and no response. My issue had risen prior to coronavirus pandemic so I cant understand why it is still being used as an excuse in my case.
