Delivery issue

HP Laptop - 15s-du2071tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had ordered an HP Laptop - 15s-du2071tu on 25 August and my mode of payment is by cheque but now when I am trying to track my order on 28 it showed payment successful but now when it's 11 September it's only showing waiting for shipment,I tried to contact the support via email and whatsapp but there was no satisfactory response,what should I do ?
