Delivery issue

HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0047nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So i just bought a laptop and chose the express delivery in order to get it ,at least, before december 10th. Now i received the “order email” which says the estimated shipment is for december 15th.  I wouldn’t mind about the delay if it weren’t for the fact that the people(family) who will bring the order to my country will come on December 10th, so im in kind of a hurry. Isn’t there some way to get it earlier? Please i need help, thanks!!

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
