Difficult to log in - typical bad Lithium forum

I'm a paying customer of HP, on my third HP printer, with disappointments I have described elsewhere here.


But I am dumbfounded how hard it is to log in to this forum using Firefox.  I normally have to go to IE, and so many scripts are running in the background that the response is terrible.


If this forum were for a clothing company, I would understand.  But HP is supposed to be a computer company and should be far more focused and intelligent as to how this forum looks and behaves.


Not.  And I think the same negligence HP shows in the design of this forum (and in picking Lithium as the platform, the all-time worst) goes hat-in-hand with the dismal programming that accompanies their printers.


Very bad show.  Third rate.

Perhaps if you described in detail the problem you incurred, instead of ranting about your perceived lack of quality, we could initiate an attempt at fixing the glitch.
