Digital Frame DF1050TW

I cannot connect my new digital frame to wifi.  I get the error "incorrect password." I have been on hold for over an hour now.... OH NO! - "We are unable to take your call right now.  Please call back at another time.  We apologize for the inconvenience." 

And - there is not board for Digital Frames....
