I have model DF1050 digital picture frame. after numerous attempts I continue to receive "link error' message. I have linked with cell phone land laptop to ensure it was not a wifi message and they all connect? No trouble shooting help in any paperwork included with the frame? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bill

I had the same problem! I ended up skipping that step by clicking the arrow in the right and going to setttings and adjusting the clock to the right time then trying to connect and it works perfectly now!

We can’t get it to connect to the internet. When we try to scan the code we get the message”failed to sync with frame. Not JSON Data”

If your connecting your phone or something it should have a spot to type the code in. Otherwise I’d try to make sure your clock is right. That’s usually the reason it won’t connect to internet in my experience.
