Product: Thunderbolt 2 PCIe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have a Gigabyte AB350M-HD3 motherboard in my PC, and was wondering if the HP Thunderbolt 2 PCIe card will work with my motherboard / any non-HP motherboards?

Sorry if this is a little late in the game but from what I have heard from other reviews, that card does not work well outside of the specific hardware it was intended for and only a few HP Zworkstations with specific workstation cards.

Mostly a driver issue seem to be the reason.

 

I would not wast money on it if you cannot return it after the fact.
