Does HP have problems with the delivery?I have been waiting for 3 weeks and now my order has been postponed 2 times.
Definitely they have a customer service problem.
Unfortunately the customer service is very limited and cannot make any offers. The price or performance of the replacement product is not even close to what I ordered.
They do not even offer me a rental device to bridge the delay. This is already very bad and I definitely expected more from HP.
Where is the customer centricity?
