I have been waiting on someone to come on the Support feature for quite some time now. Is this not monitored on weekends?I connected to this at 4:50 pm today and it is currently 5:14 pm and no one has connected to it yet?  How long should I have to wait for someone to answer this?  Is this normal way for them to do business?  I know that I have always gotten people who cannot communicate fluently and just wondered if HP ever thought of bringin support back to the US?

This is a peer to peer forum most of us are volunteers not HP employees (As you have been informed in the past 3 or 4 years.)

 

If you are having a problem with a laptop, desktop, printer etc. please let us know and we will do our best to try and help.

Please explain what you mean by "to come on the Support feature"...

 

I suspect @REO51ST has offered the explanation concerning internet Forums.
