Easy way to get here.

There has to be a very easy way to get to the forums. That whole string of letters and numbers as a URL is bad. Something simple like forums.hp.com or forums.totalcare.hp.com not this: h30434.www3.hp.com.
Anyway good idea of having a forum. Not that many people like to call or email tech support. And this way there can be a more collaborative way to solve problems.

The url you might want to use is this one: http://www.hp.com/support/consumer-forum which is the one we are using on all press-releases and in any printed material. Is that what you are looking for?

 I have a very simple way to find places like these forums because I cannot remember or find the site---whenever I am on a website I want to find again, I just go up to my "bookmarks" on my toolbar and bookmark it. Works great!  (I just have to remember to delete some because I get so many!!)
