Email stating they think they have what I am looking for...

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The only thing I’m looking for is the (2) - 3 year extended warranties I already paid for. And no one is willing or knowledgeable enough to help me!!! Very disappointing. I guess I should have gone with DELL like I was told!!
