Greatly inconvenienced by 2 laptop failures, slow service and inability to communicate effectively with customer service. How do I send a carefully composed, literate - NOT UGLY - email to someone in customer care who will read it and respond?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
