Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hp rep Michael was very helpful in resolving my problem.  Hp offered me an upgrade refurbished printer and I accepted.  I thought the price was very fair.   I won't say here because there are many models out there and I couldn't begin to say what their prices would be.   Either way thanks HP and Michael.
