Product: HP Laptop - 14-dk1025wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

You will have to excuse my grammar and spelling errors as I am not from this country ('s) (grammar and spelling shenanigan system). My laptop has been horribly slow, and freezing is its primary action.... It has been a daunting task to get any help that was not also horribly slow and without mind dulling side effects.... 

I've tried and tried to resolve the issue to no avail. and now my warranty is over.....  If someone could look back into the "history" of my attempts to get help, then they would see and understand how anemic and in desperate need of a proper transfusion their "warrantied help"  is... or maybe is just me or a few like me who are under constant evil programing coocoo loops....
