HP Recommended

I was happy to hear that HP was going to have an Expert Day forum so I was looking forward to finally getting some much needed help for my printer issue.  But that is not the case here, no expert and in fact no one has replied to my post!!  So what gives??  Where is the help?  Your phone tech support in India was a waste of my time as well.   Is this any way to treat a repeat customer?  Way to go HP!
