Expired Warranty

HP Pavilion 590-p0036
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this computer four months ago and the service center states that the warranty is expired. How can that be when I have the receipt showing my purchase date as November 29 2019. I have that proof, and filled out a warranty dispute form with the receipt attached and have yet to hear from anyone at HP! has anyone else had or is having this this something to bring to the better business bureau and does anyone know of any law suits regarding this.
