Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On January 5, 2021 I bought an extended two year warranty for my HP Pavilion Windows 10 Desktop PC.  To this day, January 25, 2021 i still do not have it.  I've called numerous times and different numbers to customer service always on hold for at least an hour then click off.  Over 10 emails and still no correspondence.  They have my money and I still don't have the product.  Recently checked my current warranty and it expires 2/2/21.  Anyone have this happen to them?  WHY don't they respond?  Recorded message always says the same thing that they are "overwhelmed with orders."  Come on, Christmas is over!

I am in chennai, i am also facing same issue in chennai, i have given my laptop TO HP  SERVICE CENTER. no one was pick up the call. and lapop given to servicer center more than 8 days. but no one was responding. How to esclat to HP IF SERVICE CENTER NOT GIVEN ANY RESPONSE..
