I have a problem with a laptop that I have purchased. I bought it in your online store on March 4 and it was "delivered" on March 23, the problem is that I never received the laptop but it was delivered to another address and was signed by someone else.
Fedex lost the laptop and now I don't know how to get it back, I have called hp customer service but still can't get help with a replacement. They ask me to send a police report but it is impossible to do it because at the moment I am in ECUADOR, I was supposed to arrive in the USA on March 28 at my uncle's house, but for cov 19 I cannot leave my country .
I bought the laptop in advance so I can receive it as soon as I get to the USA but sadly Fedex has lost my laptop. I hope your help and you can understand my situation.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
