Product: 902 XL Ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the second time on an HP ink order, FEDEX has claimed I was not home to accept the package and delayed delivery.  On both occasions I was home and no delivery was attempted.  Since they just leave the package on my front porch whether or not I am home, this is a lame excuse for poor service.  Can my orders be shipped through the U.S. Mail in future.

I have escalated your issue to HP’s Support Team in your region. They will review and check for possible options available, if any, to resolve your issue.  You should be contacted within 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).  Response times may vary by region
