PAVILION
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently sitting at home waiting for DPD to come and collect a faulty Pavilion laptop. They are late by over an hour and this is the second collection arranged, DPD having failed to even turn up on the first occasion. Every time I email HP customer service it takes four working days for any reply. The customer service is appalling. I was going to accept a replacement however I have now changed my mind and asked for a full refund. Maybe posting something on a public forum might jolt HP into doing something. Maybe get rid of DPD? As per other posts, DPD had no issue delivering the laptop, just don't seem capable of collecting it. I may have to start charging HP for my wasted time. Two days of waiting in. What's the point in being given a collection time for no one to turn up. I'm sure if I was paying for it they would be here without fail. Won't be purchasing anything from HP again. Absolutely awful. Please supply me with the DPD local office address so I can drop off. I want my money back.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
