However, when you visit this page you see it is the general HP contact page and that there is no place to report customer and/or repair service feedback.
All I wanted to do was give some feedback on the shipping methods used after products are repaired and how they could be improved. I find it ridiculous that the only way I can contact HP about this would be through a forum, where most complaints are dismissed as "rants".
I feel that a customer service feedback e-mail form would be a great addition to the website and would also be helpful to help improve your customer service and repair process.
