When a user logs in he/she should be able to see an option that will take directly to a page which will have the list of all posts posted or post responded by the user.
There can be links titled "Title that have participated in" and "Topics that I have started". This should be there on the first page itself.
Also in the "Recent Posts by <user name>" there should be a field for the "Last replied by". There is no point of having the "Views". What really matters is the user should know who has replied to the post.
Say thanks by clicking the "Kudos! Star" which is on the left.
Make it easier for other people to find solutions, by marking my answer with "Accept as Solution" if it solves your issue.

That's easy. Just click on your user name on any post or at the top of the page, and then click on 'View All' under 'Recent Posts by Santo21'.
Or, just bookmark THIS page and visit it once you log in.

While it is a good suggestion, it is not logical for every user to be presented with his\her post history when they log in. Ideally, all forums show the forum home page with all the sub-forums when they log in, so that users can pick their desired sub-forum and start posting.
Besides, it's not really that difficult to get to the page that lists all your posts. All it takes is 2 clicks, even lesser if you bookmark it.
