I have tried to wait for 1 month for my laptop (faulty fan and faulty batery) to be completed, but at the end it still not complete. I can not say anything what kind of SLA has been shown by HP Service Center.
I have 5 laptops at home, however HP product quality + after service is the worst. Sorry , I have to say this openly in this closed forum - because I really do not understand how HP Service Center coordinate each other. None take the responsibility in my case.
