I need your help please! I purchased laptop Nov. 30, 2020 from Samclub. It included 2 year HP Care Pack. My HP warranty check account shows Expired Sept. 2020.  I purchased it in Nov. 2020. I clicked  "dispute warranty expiration " link & submitted my receipt. Last week, Oct. 29, 2022, my laptop screen cracked.  Now I need to submit a claim to repair.

1. How do I determine HP has received & will correct warranty date? My correct expiration date is Nov. 30  2022. 

2. There is an HP approved repair shop near me. What do I need from HP to submit a claim for repair & take to local shop?

Still not fixed. Claim shows open & warranty date NOT fixed.

 

What do I do?? It expires Nov 30,2022.
