HOW IS MY WARRANTY OUT AND I JUST PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT IN APRIL? WHY CANT I TALK TO SOMEONE?

WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE

I JUST PURCHASED MY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD COMBO IN APRIL AND NOW MY MOUSE WILL NOT WORK. I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS SYSTEM, IT TELLS ME MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED AND HAS BEEN SINCE BEFORE I EVER PURCHASED THE DANG THING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. SO NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW.
