HP 27er 27-inch Display

Help Needed! ⚠️ 🆘

I am writing out of desperation and frustration after spending around 6 hours on calls with HP support, being bounced around from person-to-person only to be told HP could not help me with a replacement part and to contact an outside service such as GeekSquad regarding a replacement part for my monitors:

HP 27er 27-inch Display Product number:T3M88AAI need two replacement arms or arm brackets which connect the monitor securely to the base (I have both base pieces for the two monitors and both arms, but am missing the brackets and screws that attach the arm to the back of monitor and monitor stand base).  HP has told me this part does not have a name or spec, is not available for purchase or technical support as I am one year out of warrant (purchased these monitors at the end of 2018 and warranty expired at the end of 2019). I am happy to pay for the parts so I can securely attached my monitors to the base but no one can seem to help. Anyone on here have this same, frustrating problem? The monitor and monitor stand came together when I purchased the monitors and were detached from each other in the manufacturers box. The set-up instructions include steps for attaching the two pieces  pieces. How can HP not know or provide any useful resources for customers that given their experience with support for a product recently out of warranty will consider ever purchasing from then again? Any guidance is helpful and appreciated! Thank you very much & stay well.
