Hey! I can't find the right board to post this in so I just used this one. My school account seems to be locked out while I'm trying to purchase a laptop. If a representative could help me reobtain my account, that would be great! This is an personal account I made so I could post on my forum that does not have the student discounts I need.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
