HP Wireless Elite V2 keyboard and mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP wireless Elite V2 Desktop Keyboard and mouse which did NOT come with the required USB receiver. I have called the HP Canada Support to send me a return label so I can send the product back for a replacement. But after 4 calls (2020 October 8, 10, 11, 14) and receiving assurances that the return label is coming, I have not received any. This is frustrating and one that has badly reduced the image of HP. I am letting the HP community be aware of this issue. I am also hoping that one HP employee who cared about his company would take notice of this issue.

Thank you Krazy Toad. It appears that really need a further support from you. Today, October 21,  I contacted HP Canada Support,1-877-231-4351 again for the 5th time as I have not received the coveted return label. I was told that a return label was sent to me October 14 but I swear I did not see such an email. I asked to resend that email but she hanged up on me. I am appalled by this lack of civility. I tried to call 1-877-231-4351 again HP Support would not let me talk to a real live person. This is frustrating! Now I regret buying from HP.
