Product: HP Notebook 15s-fq1013tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the 3 year HP care pack warranty.  Despite numerous emails with HP support, HP customer service, HP care pack department, my warranty end date is still wrong (21 months remaining) which is less than 3 years.

Anyone can help?
