After waiting hours for a human to take over my Virtual Agent chat session, I gave up and posted my question to the community. I then received a confirmation email with the subject line "Your post in the HP support Community. Important information." It included a malformed link allegedly pointing to my post. Then there's the treasure hunt of actually trying to find your post.
Wow. HP support is really, really terrible.

Apologies for the broken link in the automated email. Was this the email notifying you that a reply has been made or something else? The more information you can provide, the better we can narrow the down the issue to correct it.
