HP Customer Service stinks BIG TIME. Shortly after buying my computer from them I've tried to get some tech support to no avail.. I get someone who barely speaks English and I can't understand a word there saying. I've tried numerous times to get follow up help and no response. Only reply I get is that it's been escalated up to a higher priority. I'll never purchase another HP product ever again..!!! These people farm there customer support work out to a third world countries that can't speak english properly and put their customers on hold... I just want to get a refund and be done with HP all together..
Their response is always "Contact Customer Care" but after contacting them 3-4 times without any direct help from them, what's the point they're just trying to avoid you. They never help with anything you need, just buy our computers and then suffer on your own.. I wish I would have read the "Forum Feedback" before I bought. I definitely wouldn't have bought from them..
