I've purchased two computers from HP in the last two months along with two portable hard drives. When I purchased the hard drives I told the salesman that one of them was intended for a Mac computer and asked if it would be compatible. The Salesman reassured me that it would be. The hard drive was a Christmas gift and it took awhile for the recipient to give it a try. Well, it was not compatible and when I tried to return the unopeded one that had never been used HP customer service would not let me. After talking to supervisors, managers, HP corporate and spending two hours on the phone I got no where. HP customer service and company is heartless and they have lost my business.
