HP Recommended

Hello,

I have done a fresh install of HP Device Manager 4.7 and updated it to SP2. I am able to add our thin client devices HP t620 to the installation. It nicely shows the status and everything seems ok.

At first I have tried some basic tasks like shutdown and reboot. Al of a sudden I am unable to send any task to the clients. It just sits at "Sending" after stating it succesfully send it to the Gateway server (which is the same one). I already deleted all the tasks restarted all the services and even the server itself.

It doesn't matter which task I try to send nothing seems to work anymore.

Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

Regards,

Dave
