HP Diwali Offers

It has been 45-50 days since I had purchased my HP laptop but as promised by the dealer I hvnt received any of the code or offers on my registered mobile number also mentioned in the invoice/bill & the dealer is saying he is helpless. What the hell is this?

I had purchased the laptop well within the offer that is on 12.11.2015 perioed but even then I hvnt received any offer or code as promised by him?

Kindly conduct an enquiry in this regard & solve the issue on war footing basis. I am attaching my bill copy for your reference.
