HP EX950 M.2 Serial not recognized when trying to register product

EX950 M.2

I bought an EX950 in 2019 and it is not working. When I try to register or check for warranty the website shows no products found when searching by product number or serial number.

 

How should I proceed with this? I saw a post in the past saying someone would contact that person to remedy the issue.

 

Any help would be great!

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I can't follow your instructions because the website does not recognize the serial or model number of the drive. It will not give me a contact number or let me do anything unless I give the serial, which is not recognized, so I cannot do anything unless I am either given a contact number or someone contacts me to resolve the issue, as far as I am aware.
