My question was never answered. Should I just post it again on Expert Day?
I am participating in HP Expert Day for the first time. Sure looking forward to it.
Shane, add a reply on your original post to bump the question to the front of the que.
It may are may not be answered though so no guarantees.
An HP Engineer does need to answer the question though about the app and android devices not working.
My guess is, the app was not created by HP but the actual manufacturer of the camera. Because of this, it may be difficult to get a fix for the issue right away.
