HP India Students Store Login Code STILL NOT RECEIVED !!

I am a Indian Student. Since I don't have a School / College provided Email ID, I had mailed in.contact@hp.com sending my contact details (my email id : suman.****.3122@*****.com ) and requesting for the Code required for logging in but haven't heard back from HP. It has been months !! Can anybody assist me how to get this code form HP faster ? If any HP official is reading this, I want to ask you whats taking so much time and can they resolve my problem faster!?The code required here is what I am asking forThe code required here is what I am asking for
