I am enrolled in instant ink and do not print often. No number to call for support which is infuriating. Print cartridges are dried up and I need new ones, but they don't register that they need to be replaced because I haven't printed enough pages. My printer is unusable until I can contact a human being to get this resolved.

Hi @Pottsc , Terry here.

Welcome to the HP forums.

You can get the support number on the Instant Ink home page before logging in.

It is possible to unclog the nozzles and fix this issue using these steps: HP Printers - Fixing Print Quality Problems

You could also PM me your email address and I can look into this for you (Please do not post that information here in public.)
