The right hinge has always been tight and squeeky, but it has now broken through the plastic key board cover.  If I would have known this was an issue for this product, I would've returned it while under warranty.  I have noticed that this is an issue with HP products, after doing a search after this has happened.  If this is a known issue why do you keep selling the product without fixing this problem?  This computer has not been mistreated in any way for this to have happened.  This is my first HP and it may be my last.

The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre,  I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action. 

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
