HP OFFERED THE FOLLOWING

http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c06483567&doctype=data%20sheet&doclang=EN_GB&s...

But in the response email

"

As a solution to your product issue HP would like to offer the following unit (subject to availability):

Product Description: OMEN by HP 875-0067na
Model Number: 8AS34EA
Product Specifications:

Intel Core i7-9700K (8 core)
HyperX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2666
nVidia RTX 2070 8GB Short
512 GB SSD NVMe & 2TB 7200

I would ask you to thoroughly check all relevant specifications and confirm that you accept this offer. Please be advised that once a unit has been ordered HP will be unable to offer any other unit if you then feel the specifications are unsuitable for your needs.

The average time for a unit to be delivered to the Customer once it has been ordered is around five to six weeks.

Let me know what you think about this offer."

THINGS THAT ARE WRONG WITH THE REPLACEMENT
1/ I asked for a like for like replacement
2/ The replacement says it will be a i 9 9700k, but the one offered does not support this processor as mine has a tdp of 95watts and the replacement is 65watts tdp.
3/ There is no liquid cooling, for a i9 9700k
4/ Missing my optical drive, 2 front usb, 2 drive bays
5/ Having researched, I believe that your customer service or technician have made a mistake, unless your going to replace the  CPU and Graphics Card on my model it will still not work as the TDP of the motherboard is not suitable

Are you seriously offering a  i7-9700F as a replacement for my i9 9700k or are you swapping the parts from my  HP 880-553na into a inferior motherboard HP 875-0067na

It does not make any sense
The replacement in the email says
"HP is willing to make an exceptional offer of goodwill in full and final settlement of your claim and without any admission whatsoever as to liability in the form of the below."

So I am being offered a significant downgrade? This must be a mistake.
